The resort is within the serene and lush forested area. Naturally, you are with nature. You can hear birds during the day. And hear all sorts of insects communicating during the dark night.

You can imagine lying in a room surrounded by a rejuvenating nature. There are rooms located by the cliffside with a view of the beach and vast sea horizon.

These rooms are located close to the swimming pool. They are more environmentally conscious – they use electric fans and not air-conditioning machines.

• It has a ceiling fan, a desk, and chair.
• A double bed has a mosquito net.
• The rooms are neat, tidy, spacious, but not refrigerator or television (good idea!).
• Wi-Fi, it has! But the connection can be poor.
• Each room has a balcony.

Fantasy Lodge Cebu Samboan Swimming Pool

Yes, the resort has a swimming pool with overlooking views of the ocean and the neighboring province - Negros. The pool is only for adult visitors and not suitable for kids due to its depths.

Kawa Hot Bath

You can try this way of having a hot bath in a ‘Kawa’ (Cauldron). This activity is one of the resort’s attractions. This method of hot bathing is gaining much popularity in many places in the country.

Kawa, similar to other others, are being used to cook huge amount of food. Others use it simply to boil water in a significant amount for a particular use, such as clearing up pig skin and hair in preparation for the special dish – a lechon or others.

Now, people discovered that this could also be used as a bathing tool. Countries in Europe, especially cold countries, use wooden tubs filled with hot water for bathing. With a regulated amount of fire and water temperature, guests can enjoy the warm water mixed with various natural oils, fragrance, flowers, and other herbs.

The Kawas (2 of them) in Fantasy Lodge Cebu, are installed near the cliffside of the resort. You have a great view of the while enjoying it.

The other three Kawas are installed in the lower level of the cliff, and located close to the sea. There are showers beside the kawa and a bathroom where guests that clean up and change.

*Kawa Hot Bath Fee: PhP500 (USD9). This is for the in-house guest. While the Day Tour guest should pay an entrance fee of PhP200 and then PhP500 for the Kawa Bath.

Getting To Fantasy Lodge Cebu

Many roads lead to Fantasy Lodge Cebu Samboan. The below routes and travel services are your best choices.

From Cebu City
Head to Cebu South Bus Terminal (located beside E-Mall). Take the Barili/Samboan bus with that signboard. It would take around 4 hours for a fare of fewer than 200 Pesos (or USD 3-4).
Directly inform the konduktor or driver your final destination, which is the resort.
 
From Dumaguete City
Take a Jeepney or Tricycle ride to the Fast Craft Sibulan Pier. The Jeepney terminal is located near the market area. Fare: 12 Pesos.

Then take the Fast Craft for Lilo-an, Cebu. Travel time is around 20 minutes for PhP62 (less than USD2).

At Lilo-an Port, call a tricycle for Fantasy Lodge Cebu. Fare: PhP150 (around USD3).

Fantasy Lodge can provide you transfers between the resort and airports, piers or some islands.
