Steps & Process of Application

First, you need to submit your application form to the Assessment Section located near the Office of the City Treasurer. They will then evaluate and determine any payments/taxes to be collected.
Second, you need to pay for the Community Tax Certificate, official receipt and then proceed to the Real Property Tax Division for the verification of Tax Dues or any payment of Real Property taxes.
Third, proceed to the City Treasurer who will sign your documents. Then, you can submit all your documents to the Head of the One-Stop-Shop section for verification. After checking your documents, your application will be endorsed to the City Major for approval after being signed and approved by a city official.
Finally, once your business permit application get approved you'll receive the mayor's permit together with a business plate and a sticker.
That's the basic process, and according to their estimation you only need to spend at most 15 minutes in one office among the 5 or 6 of them.
